As Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Abe is responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass profitability, cash flow, and business goals and objectives. Abe provides leadership in real estate acquisition and development, as well as the expansion of our real estate portfolio. Our CEO plans and directs all aspects of the company’s strategy, objectives, initiatives, and policies, with a focus on maximizing the value of the existing real estate portfolio and growing the portfolio through acquisitions, development, and value creation. Additionally, he delegates responsibilities to the appropriate overseer to ensure the company is running smoothly.

Managing Director

Moshe Schmidt

Project Manager

Moshe oversees, coordinates, and supervises the construction of our residential portfolio, from the initial planning phase to the delivery of the finished product, ensuring that the project is completed in a timely and efficient manner. He prepares and negotiates the project’s cost estimates and budgets, guides construction decisions, and ensures that the product is not exceeding the budget. As Project Manager, he schedules all the design and construction processes according to the timeframe, tracks progress throughout the project, and oversees quality control of each process. He is responsible for creating benchmarks for success and deliverables, and planning work assignments that meet deadlines and requirements.

Sarahi Albornoz

Office Intern

Sarahi is involved in all business operations and works directly with upper management. Her duties include analyzing financial statements, preparing property valuations, conducting market research to identify potential investment opportunities, and more. As an intern, she is very eager to learn and grow in the real estate industry, and brings a fresh perspective to our team.
